Gala Knörr’s “Non Dago Nire Etxea” has been honored with the 2025 Premi Miquel Viladrich. The piece, part of her exhibition Soy tu huckleberry (2023) at DA2 in Salamanca, explores the visual and narrative potential of the Basque diaspora in the American West, reinterpreting family archives, memory, and collective imaginaries.
The work will be deposited by the Torrelameu City Council (the birthplace of symbolist painter Miquel Viladrich) at the Museu d’Art Modern i Contemporani de Lleida.
